HT Drinks is a long established local company which operates a Cash and Carry distribution warehousing business for all types of beverages. They supply to convenience shops nationally and to the national supermarket chain likes of Aldi, Asda, Lidl and Wetherspoons. The Group turns around approx. £300 million annually. They have been operating from Park Royal Road for the last 25 years. Business is in growth at the group / company and hence they are looking to expand the business operations to meet the ever-growing consumer demands and to stay ahead of their competition.
The re-development will provide warehousing space of around 28000 square feet on the Ground Floor and Office space of 7400 square feet on the First Floor. When the group operations increase, the office space will be needed for the administrative department, meeting rooms, board room and improved staff facilities.
